The Opportunity
We're partnering with a luxury, founder-led beauty brand looking for a
Sales & Marketing Account Manager
to take ownership of brand management and sales across salons, spas, and professional channels.
This is a unique opportunity to work directly with the founder of a premium beauty brand, helping shape the growth strategy while managing the day-to-day sales and marketing activity. You'll represent the brand in the UK and internationally, building relationships, driving revenue, and ensuring a consistent luxury experience at every touchpoint
The Role
You will combine
brand stewardship with commercial execution
, acting as the face of the brand for salons, spas, and professional clients. This is a hands-on, entrepreneurial role where no two days are the same: from supporting marketing campaigns to managing accounts, you'll play a key part in growing the brand's presence globally.
Key Responsibilities
* Brand Management: Ensure the brand is represented consistently and professionally across all channels, including salons, spas, and events.
* Sales & Account Management: Manage existing client accounts and grow new business within the UK and international markets.
* Marketing Support: Work closely with the founder to deliver campaigns, product launches, and promotional activity.
* Travel & Client Engagement: Attend client meetings, trade shows, and events both in the UK and internationally to build relationships and drive sales.
* Performance Reporting: Track sales, marketing activity, and client feedback, providing insight to support strategic growth
About You
* Experience in
sales, account management, or brand management
in the luxury beauty or professional beauty sector.
* Confident selling into salons, spas, and professional channels.
* Strong understanding of brand positioning, marketing, and customer experience in a luxury market.
* Comfortable with international travel and building relationships across different markets.
* Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and able to work independently in a fully remote setup.
* London-based, able to occasionally meet the founder in person as required
