Job Title: Office Administrator - Fixed Term 8 Months
Location: Port of Liverpool, L20 1HB
Salary: £14/hour (equivalent to £28,756 per annum). Fixed-term contract: JanuaryAugust.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM 4:30 PM (Friday 4pm), (39.5 hours per week)
Contract Type: Fixed Term January 2026 until End of August 2026 to cover maternity leave.
We are seeking a reliable, confident, and motivated individual to join us as an OfficeAdministrator.
Key Responsibilities:
As OfficeAdministrator, your role will involve a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
Monitoring the accuracy of daily job sheets and risk assessments from site staff
Using spreadsheets record site compliance
Monitoring daily attendance
Liaising with site staff and other departments to enhance project delivery
Scanning and organising project documents to network folders
Assisting with general customer enquiries via phone
Assisting Directors
Managing databases and spreadsheets
Tracking company fleet and recording employee time off
Issuing and recording company documents distributed to staff
Handling other general administrative duties as required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and a solid level of IT knowledge

A disciplined approach to workload management and problem-solving
A proactive attitude, with the ability to work independently and take initiative
Minimum Education Level A Levels or equivalent
