Forth Valley symptomatic breast service is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and motivated Trainee Advanced Practitioner Radiographer in Mammographic film reading. We are a progressive forward thinking department who has a positive approach at meeting and delivering the challenges within the NHS.
Forth Valley breast service is actively involved in providing cross board cover for symptomatic breast services to neighbouring health boards. The successful candidate will be trained in mammographic film reading and will be required to assist in the delivery of mammographic film reading to neighbouring health boards.
We are looking for an experienced, enthusiastic, and self motivated, hard working radiographer to join our dedicated and highly trained team.

KNOWLEDGE, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO DO THE JOB
* HPC Registration
* D.C.R(R), BSc or BSc (Hons) in Diagnostic Radiography
* Evidence of clinical training and personal motivation is essential.
* Good communication skills
* Ability to take responsibility and make decisions
* Team Worker
* Basic IT skills
* Knowledge of symptomatic breast services
* Knowledge of cancer pathways
