Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a manufacturer in Bradford to recruit a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias).Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias).
Salary: £40,000 - £42,000Shift Pattern:06:00 – 14:30 (1 week in 4)08:00 – 16:30 (2 weeks in 4)13:30 – 22:00 (1 week in 4)Benefits:
* 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays
* 1.5 x overtime
Duties of the Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer include:
* Measure the performance of mechanical components, devices and machines
* Carry out preventative and reactive electrical maintenance across machinery
* Maintain and modify equipment to ensure that it is safe, reliable and efficient
* Monitor and commission plant, machinery and systems
* Troubleshoot and resolve electrical faults quickly to minimise downtime
* Fault finding
* Undertake test procedures
* Provide technical advice
* Recommend modifications to the production machines
* Repair, service and maintain equipment
* Respond to emergency breakdowns promptly
We want to speak with Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineers with the following:
* NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering
* 17th or 18th Edition
* Previous experience in manufacturing environments
* Proficient with PLCs
* Strong fault finding skills
Our client is looking for someone with experience working on large scale production machinery,who canwork under pressure and has a high level of technical knowledge with the ability to apply this knowledge to practical problems.
