As we enter a period of change and evolution, we are looking to hire a Transformation Coordinator with exceptional administration and project management skills to join the team on a fixed term engagement.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly compress complex information into digestible actions. You will be client focused and able to work proactively in a changing environment at pace. Owning the administration for the transformation programme, you will be organised, flexible and able to maintain confidentiality.
We are looking for:
Associate CIPD membership, or able to demonstrate the equivalent level of skill and experience
Previous experience of HR administration or working within a HR team
A keen interest in change/project management
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and accuracy.
Computer literacy skills, with strong Excel experience
