Contract: Full-time, term-time plus 3 days during school holidays
Salary: £120-£170 (deprending on qualification and experience)

Are you a passionate, proactive teacher looking to make a real difference? Our agency is recruiting on behalf of a trauma-informed school with attached alternative provision, offering bespoke academic and therapeutic support for students with SEN, SEMH needs, or disrupted education.

About the Role:
As part of our dedicated team, you will deliver high-quality, inclusive teaching tailored to each student’s individual needs. You will support learners who may be reluctant, vulnerable, or have experienced educational disruption, using creative, engaging, and trauma-informed strategies to build confidence, trust, and motivation.
You will:
Deliver a broad, personalised curriculum that supports academic, social, and emotional progress
Differentiate learning and adapt teaching approaches for a wide range of abilities
Create a calm, structured, and supportive classroom environment with high expectations for behaviour and engagement
Work closely with colleagues to implement bespoke learning pathways aligned with the school curriculum
Supervise and collaborate with teaching assistants as neededWe’re looking for candidates who:
Have at least 3 years’ experience working with children with SEN or challenging behaviours
Are confident in behaviour management and trauma-informed approaches
Prioritise safeguarding and respond effectively to incidents
Are collaborative, organised, and committed to supporting a positive, inclusive learning environment
