We have an exciting opportunity for a Locum Psychologist specialising in Forensic Psychology based in Bury. Join a dynamic team at a male medium secure ward, supported by a full MDT. Your skills and expertise in forensic and psychiatry will play a pivotal role in delivering top-quality care. With a manageable caseload of up to 13 clients, you will have the capacity to make a real difference every day.

What you will do
* Conduct thorough psychological assessments and devise treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of individuals within a forensic setting
* Work collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to manage cases effectively, providing your insights to inform comprehensive care plans
* Deliver individual and group therapy sessions, utilising expertise to support rehabilitation and positive mental health outcomes
* Contribute to case meetings and risk assessments, providing your expert opinion and recommendations
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress and treatment outcomes
Requirements
* Must be a registered and accredited member of the BACP (Registered Member MBACP (Accred) or Registered Member MBACP (Snr Accred)) and have HCPC registration
* Demonstrated experience in forensic practice and recent work as a psychologist in the UK is essential
