Sales Executive – New Build Homes Multiple Sites Across London ️ Residential Developer We are recruiting an experienced Sales Executive to join a well-established new build developer, working across multiple developments throughout London. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated sales professional with a passion for property and a strong track record in new build or developer sales. The Role: As Sales Executive, you will be responsible for managing the full sales process on site, delivering an exceptional customer experience from first enquiry through to legal completion. Key Responsibilities: * Sell new build residential properties across assigned developments * Manage enquiries, viewings, and customer follow-ups * Guide buyers through the full sales journey, from reservation to exchange and completion * Build strong relationships with buyers, agents, solicitors, and mortgage advisors * Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates * Achieve and exceed individual and site sales targets * Ensure marketing suites and show homes are presented to a high standard About You: * Essential: Previous experience working for a developer or selling new build homes (estate agency experience considered if you have new build exposure) * Proven sales ability with a target-driven mindset * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Professional, well-presented, and customer-focused * Ability to work independently on site Working Pattern: * 5 days per week * Weekend work on a rota basis (typically 1 in 4 weekends) Salary & Package: * £35,000–£60,000 OTE * Competitive basic salary with strong commission structure * Additional company benefits How to Apply: If you have new build sales experience and are looking to join a respected developer with strong sites across London, we’d love to hear from you
