Jewson Partnership Solutions (JPS), specialists in providing solutions and building materials for our customers in the Public Sector such as Housing Associations and Local Authorities, are looking for a Branch Manager to join our new Newcastle under Lyme branch, due to an internal promotion.

Hours – between 7.00am – 4.30pm Monday to Friday
Location – Newcastle-under-Lyme.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, coach and support the team to deliver success and promote opportunities for continuous improvement
* Build and develop great relationships with new and existing customers, understanding their needs and providing proactive advice and solutions
* Build effective relationships with suppliers
* Lead your team to make Health & Safety a priority and demonstrate how you can keep yourself and others safe at work
Required Skills And Experience
* Leadership of a small team
* Proven successful experience managing branch P&L
* Ability to coach, motivate and support experienced teams
