Total Remuneration is £46,841 (£36,320 base and £10,521 Pension Per Year)
Job Description
In this position, you'll analyse recruitment data to drive informed decision-making, working with various stakeholders to enhance our recruitment processes. You'll maintain comprehensive reporting systems, extract valuable insights from data, and support the implementation of innovative data management solutions.
Your expertise in data analysis and reporting will be essential as you work with recruitment teams to build their data capabilities. You'll work on multiple projects, maintain data accuracy, and provide insights which will be used to support senior leaders. Using tools like PowerBi and advanced Excel functions, you'll help shape how we understand and improve our recruitment performance.
You’ll be supporting with the teams three main priorities:
1) Providing UBS Recruitment Teams with team level data requests.
2) Producing KPI metrics and supporting the Data Manager with business level data and analysis.
3) Supporting the Data Manager to produce meaningful forecasting insights.
This will require:
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work to deadlines, maintaining and analysing recruitment data and ensuring accuracy.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to be proactive and work independently to ensure outputs are delivered as required.
• Understanding the different recruitment processes across each team to make recommendations for data collation and reporting.
• Leading and coaching a team of Performance, Reporting and Planning Officers.
The Recruitment Reporting Analyst role may also encompass ad-hoc tasks related to UBS recruitment and any related projects.
Person Specification
Roles and responsibilities may include but not be limited to:
• Leading, motivating, encouraging, and supporting your team to collaboratively drive performance to deliver business priorities, key performance indicators (KPI) and service level agreements (SLA). Supporting teams and stakeholders by providing recruitment campaign data to drive performance.
• Lead the team to deliver required data reports. Coach, guide, and support them to deliver these to time and quality.
• Work with stakeholders to clarify requirements, using own expertise to guide the business on the most relevant data to meet their requirements.
• Making recommendations on managing and flexing recruitment resource to meet customer demand.
• Implement appropriate upskilling of direct team to meet changing customer needs.
• Personally deliver complex reporting alongside other managers within the Recruitment Planning and Reporting Team.
• Delivering continuous improvement by working with stakeholders and customers to drive enhanced customer experience and streamline processes.
• Support in upskilling recruitment teams to increase their capabilities in the use and importance of data accuracy.
• Developing managers and teams to ensure confidence in managing change, promoting accurate forecasting and role modelling HMRC Commitments, Values and Policies.
• Experience of data analysis, insight and creating reports of varying complexity.
• Building and maintaining PowerBi dashboards.
• Experience of recruitment, data and reporting.
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint including experience of creating and using advanced Excel formulas.
• Proven experience of managing multiple projects and delivering through others to meet deadlines.
• Strong decision-making skills to evaluate and respond to new and ad-hoc data & reporting requests.
• Ability to manage own and wider teams’ workloads, prioritise tasks and manage performance.
• Willingness to undertake learning in digital programmes to perform role and aid continuous improvement.
• Ability to work independently and proactively seek and create solutions to meet a brief.
• Excellent customer service and stakeholder skills. The ability to build strong working relationships.
• Experience of managing resource, planning, and performance across a large operational area.
• Experience in public sector recruitment.
• Ability to extract data from an applicant tracking system (ATS).
