Working hours flexible from Monday to Sunday. Shifts (22:45 to 06:15) What I do I clean the restaurant to a high standard to ensure a safe and compliant environment is maintained. I make sure our guests are wowed by our standards and have a really positive experience. I take over from the team that has been working all day and clean down the restaurant. I set up, maintain, hand over and close down clean, safe and fully operational workstations.
