Key Responsibilities: Lead teams of: Responsible Engineers Technical Assurance System Integration CDM/CSM Survey Management Instrumentation & Monitoring Management Temporary works co-ordination Handover Responsible for establishing and managing all engineering processes and plans with assistance from respective function engineers. Work closely with the delivery teams (PMs, CMs etc) to ensure that there is good understanding of engineering requirements. Working closely with the PM, CDM and CSM teams, ensure all residual risks are managed and, if required, transferred accordingly. Maintain close collaboration with the client and attend regular construction and Temp Works assurance meetings. Responsible for confirming overall acceptability of the constructed works deemed to have been built in accordance with approved design. Participate in audits – both internal and external. Manage engineering interface with Network Rail. Act as CEM/CRE. Approve all Work Package Plans and other engineering documents for submission to Network Rail. You’ll need to have\: Have extensive experience managing temp works design, assurance and implementation. Has undertaken a temp works coordinator role in the past and managed a small/medium size team. Familiarised with falsework, formwork, lifting, etc Need to work from the Curzon St office at least 4 days/week You’ll also have\: Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE or equivalent demonstrable professional or personal development. Extensive experience in the successful delivery phase of projects and programmes in the construction sector. Deep property or infrastructure project management expertise. Strong commercial and financial acumen. Leadership and management experience of large, diverse teams. Experience of managing relationships with key senior stakeholders.
