About the Role: A key position within the Canterbury team, supporting existing customers and driving growth by managing accounts and developing new relationships across various industries.
Key Responsibilities:
* Strengthen and grow existing client partnerships
* Provide exceptional customer service and resolve complaints
* Identify and secure new business opportunities
* Build genuine partnerships to become the preferred supplier
* Maintain regular communication through visits, calls, and emails
* Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years in B2B territory sales or account management
* Experience in packaging, logistics, print, manufacturing, or related sectors
* Proactive, professional communicator
* Excellent organizational skills
* Willingness to travel
* Full NZ work rights and a clean driver’s license
