Position: Nursery Room Leader
Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, All year round
Salary: £30,056 per annum

Your Role as Room Leader
As a Room Leader, you will:
* Provide stimulating and purposeful experiences and resources tailored to children's age and development
* Support the holistic development of children, focusing on their physical, intellectual, social, and emotional needs
* Assist staff in maintaining high-quality updates on the EyLog system and children's learning journals
* Lead by example, promoting respect and credibility in your role
* Implement an effective key person approach to foster secure attachments and identify training needs for staff
* Maintain accurate records related to children and staff on the EyMan system
* Ensure the safety and wellbeing of every child, staff member, parent, and visitor
* Understand and comply with the statutory framework for the EYFS

What You Need to Succeed
To thrive in this role, you will need:
* Full and relevant Level 3 in Childcare qualification: Essential
* Over 1 year’s experience in Early Years: Essential
* Over 6 months’ experience in a senior position: Desirable
* Sound knowledge of Ofsted expectations: Desirable
* Knowledge of the statutory framework for the EYFS: Essential
* Fluency in written and spoken English: Essential
