The Opportunity
This is a high:impact, high:reward new business sales leadership role. You will define and execute Go:To:Market strategy, build C:suite relationships, and close complex, multi:million pound Digital and SaaS engagements with some of the UKs most significant Financial Services organisations.
Own and execute new business GTM strategy across UK Financial Services Build and maintain a pipeline of GBP 10m+ TCV Digital and SaaS opportunities Engage at CEO, CFO, CTO and CIO level to position complex Digital value propositions Lead proposal and solution development for strategic pursuits Collaborate with presales, delivery, and industry leads to shape winning bids Evangelise the companys Digital and SaaS portfolio to clients and market analysts Provide market intelligence to shape product and service development roadmaps The Ideal Candidate 10+ years in technology sales or tech sales leadership, ideally within a Tier 1 global IT Services, SaaS or Digital Consultancy Proven track record closing GBP 10m+ TCV Digital or Managed Services deals in Financial Services Exceptional C:suite network within UK Banking, Insurance or Capital Markets Deep understanding of Digital, SaaS, Cloud and BPO commercial models Outstanding communicator : able to articulate complex technical value propositions to business stakeholders Experience managing large virtual bid teams and complex multi:stakeholder sales cycles Entrepreneurial, self:driven, and thrives without micromanagement Compensation and Culture
