The Vacancy Are you an experienced recruitment professional ready to step into a strategic, high-impact role? Inspire Wellbeing is seeking a dynamic Recruitment Business Partner to join our team and lead modern, effective recruitment and retention practices across Ireland. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape recruitment strategy within one of Ireland's leading wellbeing charities. ?? About the Role As a Recruitment Business Partner, you will deliver value-added, expert support across Inspire's recruitment and retention activity. You'll drive best practice, compliance, efficiency and continuous improvement while working directly with senior managers, hiring teams and external partners. You will also support the development of outreach partnerships, manage recruitment systems and lead Inspire's Recruitment Executive team. ?? Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Retention Leadership Manage and audit the full end-to-end recruitment and retention process Identify risks, find solutions and drive improvements in recruitment outcomes Stakeholder Engagement & Outreach Build strong engagement with schools, colleges, universities, employment agencies and community partners Attend and run careers events to strengthen Inspire's employer brand Act as the primary contact for recruitment platforms Compliance & Best Practice Provide expert advice on recruitment legislation, regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks (including RQIA and HIQA) Lead the "Recruiting Fairly" training programme Team Leadership & Operational Delivery Lead, supervise and support the HR Recruitment Executives team Oversee offer letters, onboarding documentation, and employment variation processes Maintain and oversee recruitment systems ensuring accurate employee data Manage annual equality and compliance returns Workforce Planning Partner with service managers to analyse current and future workforce needs Support staffing for new service start-ups, re-modelling and re-costing exercises ?? What We're Looking For Essential Criteria Flexibility to work across multiple locations throughout Ireland Full driving licence and access to a car (business insurance required) Qualifications & Experience Third-level qualification and 2 years' experience in a recruitment role with full recruitment cycle OR 3 years' experience in a recruitment role with full recruitment cycle Knowledge & Skills Experience with ATS and/or online recruitment platforms Proven knowledge of RQIA/HIQA compliance Ability to adapt recruitment strategies to evolving organisational needs Experience managing a high-performing recruitment team Strong stakeholder engagement and networking skills Values You must be able to demonstrate Inspire's values in action: Inclusive, Passionate, Determined, Kind, Honest, Innovative ??
