Are you a confident leader of internal teams and in front of clients? If so, we want to talk to you! We are growing and seeking a Vice President to join our team in Europe (working 100% remote OR out of our London office).

We are looking for someone who:
* Demonstrates expert understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, medical affairs, and health technology assessment, evidenced by publications
* Has experience overseeing evidence synthesis and economic model development
* Understands the strengths and limitations of research methods and can propose tailored applications
* Can clearly communicate study rationale, methods, and results to stakeholders
* Aligns business and team goals, and identifies new business opportunities
* Collaborates across units on strategy and execution
What you can expect day to day:
* Leading multiple projects, ensuring quality, timelines, and financial targets
* Developing recommendations, communicating risks, and making final decisions
* Reviewing and signing off on deliverables
* Managing client relationships and setting expectations
* Leading team development and mentoring
* Participating in strategic planning and process development
* Supporting effective communication and conflict resolution within teams
* Providing methodological input and signing off on proposals
* Building trusted client partnerships and driving new business
* Identifying growth opportunities and hiring needs
* Potential travel domestically and internationally
Requisite experience and qualifications:
* 15+ years’ experience in HEOR publications, business development, consulting, or leadership
* Master’s degree in health economics, public policy, epidemiology, biostatistics, or related field
* Experience leading research teams
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office
