Responsibilities
* Assist customers at tills, offer advice, and handle transactions.
* Recommend products and offer baskets to enhance the shopping experience.
* Maintain product displays and ensure the shop floor is presentable.
* Help with stock management in the back room.
* Support the team to provide a seamless shopping experience.

* Full training provided by Boots; you will learn product knowledge, customer service, and sales techniques.
* Excel in a fast‑moving environment and work at pace.
* Communicate and listen effectively to customers.
* Work well as part of a team and promote a collaborative dynamic.
* Understand that small actions can have a big impact on customer interactions.
* Be a proud brand ambassador for Boots and help customers find the best products for them.
Desirable Skills
* Experience providing customer care and delivering great customer service (not essential).
Working Conditions
This is a permanent role. The position requires a commitment to regular hours on a permanent basis, including evenings and weekends. The hourly rate starts at £13.02 and may increase up to £15.10 after six months in the role, depending on location within London.
