Permanent Personal Assistant supporting a Managing Director at an innovative medical and IT app solutions business based in Henley-on-Thames.
Responsibilities
* PA duties to the Managing Director
* Diary management and travel organisation
* HR administration and management of key processes (new starters, leavers, end‑of‑probation assessments)
* Front‑of‑house duties within the clinical setting
* Assist with clinic rotas and coordination with clinicians
* Communicate with patients regarding upcoming treatments
* Support conversion of enquiries into booked treatments
* Identify opportunities to improve the patient journey from first contact to treatment
* Support promotional campaigns, offers, and patient retention initiatives
* Monitor HR email inboxes, acknowledge emails promptly, resolve queries or elevate as required
* Respond to reference requests in a timely manner
Qualifications
* Extensive experience as a Personal Assistant, preferably at Managing Director or senior leadership level
* Background or interest in Sales Support, Front‑of‑House and HR duties
* Experience working in a medical or clinical setting is highly advantageous
* Excellent discretionary judgement and decision‑making skills
* Proficiency with MS Office applications
* Exceptional time‑management and multitasking abilities
* Professional and personable manner in face‑to‑face, email, and telephone interactions
* Willingness to multitask and adapt to new duties on short notice
* Commitment to a permanent, office‑based role in Henley‑on‑Thames
The role is full‑time, office‑based, Monday to Friday, with an ideal schedule of 10:00 am to 6:00 pm (flexible to 9:00 am to 5:00 pm). Salary commensurate with experience.
