Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Bedford (Work from home + visit office once per fortnight)
We are currently working with a recognized leader and innovator in embedded computing solutions. Due to their ongoing success, they are looking to expand by hiring a Business Development Manager to focus on selling their embedded systems into the Aerospace and Defence industry.
Responsibilities include:
1. Managing existing accounts in the Aerospace and Defence sector and developing new business opportunities.
2. Developing and executing strategic plans to identify and secure new customers in target markets.
3. Maintaining a strong understanding of the market, competition, and the company's products.
4. Collaborating with and supporting the external sales team to identify and win new business.
5. Driving growth in the Aerospace and Defence sector.
Requirements:
1. Successful track record in a direct sales role within the Aerospace and Defence sector.
2. Proven ability to develop new business opportunities.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of conveying ideas clearly to internal teams.
4. Ability to provide solutions for embedded computing platforms.
