14 years ago Thom & James drove a Piaggio ape Tuk Tuk from Sicily to London on a 'Pizza Pilgrimage' to learn the secrets of perfect Italian pizza. They then set up a market stall in Soho, adding an oven in the back of the van before opening their first pizzeria on Dean Street. Today we have over 20 award‑winning pizzerias across the UK, an in‑house Pizza Academy, and a proud BCORP status. We source the best ingredients from Naples – Caputo flour, fior di latte, salsiccia, and friarielle – to create authentic Neapolitan pizza every day. We are committed to building a diverse, inclusive team that respects varied voices, backgrounds, and experiences.

Salary & Holidays
* £14.60 per hour + tronc.

* Standard 28 days holiday (full‑time) plus an additional day for each year of service, up to five years.
