This is a hybrid role based in Whitstable, Kent, with three days a week in the office and the flexibility to work remotely on the other days. As part of our commitment to excellent service, the role also includes working alternate weekends, with time off in lieu.

Job Title: Villa Specialist
Job Overview
The Villa Specialist role is to be responsible for handling inbound communications from prospective
guests. Villa Specialist should work to match guests to the villa which will best suit their needs in a
confident, empathetic and efficient manner. It is therefore important for the Villa Specialist to have
knowledge about the villas To Tuscany offer and the regions of Tuscany and Umbria. In order to gain
guests confidence and make them return to To Tuscany time and time again, the Villa Specialist
needs to engage the guests with charm and respect, going the extra mile to exceed expectations.
The Villa Specialist role may extend into other areas of the business to work with the team, delivering
business requirements.
Responsibilities and Duties
• To respond to guests in a conscientious manner
• To listen to guests concerns and take relevant action
• To work with all team members to help the efficient running of the business
• To continuously build knowledge about Tuscany and Umbria
• To continuously build knowledge about the villas offered
• To assist with business social media platforms
• To complete translations
• To work with the team to help maintain the high standard of company websites
• To work efficiently and highlight opportunity to extend role into other areas of the business
Requirements and Qualifications
