Oveview:
We are seeking Electrical Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of electrical installations in construction projects. This role involves estimating, quotes, preparing tender documents, monitoring project progress, Capturing Variations, add/omits on new revisions of design, procurement, procurement schedules and ensuring compliance with regulations and contracts. The right person would play a crucial role in cost control, risk management, and value engineering throughout the proj

lifeccle.

• Ensure adequate LOI or PO in

ace before ork starts.
• Produce buying schedul

in conjuncion with PM.
• Assess and analyse project specifications, designs, and drawings to c
rea
te accurate cst forecasts.
• Procure Subcontract packages, approve sub-contract orders ensuring compliance with specification, drawingsand employmen requirements.
• Prepare and submit client applications
