ICT Teacher – B11
Applications without QTS and experience teaching in a UK school (evidenced on your CV) will not be considered.
We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic ICT Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in the B11 area of Birmingham. This is a long‑term, full‑time role starting 23rd February, offering an excellent opportunity to make a strong impact within a well-resourced ICT & Computing department.

* Location: B11, Birmingham
* Start Date: 23rd February
* Contract Type: Long-term
* Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching ICT / Computer Science at KS3 & KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for digital literacy, computing and IT
* Excellent classroom management and behaviour strategies
* A commitment to inclusive teaching, high expectations and student progress
* An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one)
Key Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned ICT and Computing lessons
* Monitor, assess and track student progress, identifying areas for targeted support
* Create a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment
* Contribute to department planning and whole‑school digital learning initiatives
* Support students of varying abilities, including those with SEN or EAL needs
