Job Summary

Are you a natural relationship-builder with a knack for spotting opportunities and closing deals? Do you thrive in a fast-paced, client-focused environment? If so, we’re looking for you!

As an Account Manager in our Private Sector – Commercial Sales team, you’ll be at the heart of our growth strategy. You’ll nurture existing client relationships, uncover new business opportunities, and deliver tailored solutions that make a real difference. What You’ll Do

1. Build Relationships: Engage daily with your client base, understanding their needs and delivering value-driven solutions.
2. Drive Growth: Prospect for new business, using your expert questioning skills to uncover opportunities across our solutions portfolio.
3. Create Impact: Build a sustainable sales pipeline, ensuring long-term success for both your clients and Apogee.
4. Collaborate: Work closely with colleagues across departments to deliver seamless, client-focused solutions.
5. Excel: Participate in regular coaching, training, and team meetings to continuously develop your skills and achieve your full potential.
6. Innovate: Use CRM systems to track your progress, report on sales activity, and stay ahead of the game.

A typical working pattern is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30, with a one-hour lunch break. This role also offers flexibility to work from home, typically two days per week for a five-day working week.

Experience and Skills Required

4. Experience using CRM systems to manage your sales activity.
