You'll play a key role in placing orders, supporting sourcing projects, and keeping procurement processes running smoothly — all while collaborating closely with both internal teams and suppliers. About the Role: As a Procurement Coordinator you will be responsible for: Place Orders : Raise and manage purchase orders for goods and services across the business. Stakeholder Engagement : Build great relationships with internal teams to ensure procurement aligns with business priorities. Project Support : Assist with tendering and sourcing activities, including preparing documents and compiling reports. Data Analysis : Interpret procurement reports (SAP) to support smarter decision-making. Template & Document Management : Maintain procurement templates and documentation. SharePoint Maintenance : Keep our Procurement SharePoint site up to date and user-friendly. Suggest Improvements : Recommend alternative approved suppliers or process efficiencies. Why Join Us?
