We’re hiring a Demand Planner at Toolstation 🚀

That’s where this role comes in.
As a Demand Planner, you’ll own the forecast for a category portfolio—using data, systems, and cross-functional insight to drive availability, improve accuracy, and support better commercial decisions. You’ll work closely with Category, Supply Chain, and Marketing teams to build a clear, aligned demand plan that keeps our customers moving.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in demand planning, forecasting, or a similar analytical role
* Strong Excel and data analysis skills
* Someone confident working with stakeholders and able to challenge constructively
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
📍 Hybrid working – commutable to Northampton
