Key Responsibilities Oversee the fresh, frozen, and foodservice department, ensuring all operational standards are met (including handling products such as meat and dairy where required). Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve departmental goals. Implement promotions in line with company guidelines. Collaborate with the re-order team to maintain accurate stock levels and take ownership of specific orders when necessary. Ensure full compliance with all Standard Operating Procedures. Demonstrate enthusiasm, commercial awareness, and a strong passion for the brand. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and fostering loyalty to Musgrave.
