Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Strategy
1. Develop and lead a content strategy aligned to brand and business objectives
2. Create engaging written content including blogs, articles, social posts, and web copy
3. Source stories and insights from across the business to enhance messaging
Public Relations
4. Manage PR agency relationships and external communications partners
5. Identify media opportunities and draft press releases, news updates, and thought leadership content
6. Enhance brand visibility and reputation through proactive PR
Social Media Management
7. Own the social media calendar, content scheduling, and platform management
8. Track and optimise performance across channels in response to trends and analytics
9. Maintain brand voice and tone across social communications
Internal Communications
10. Develop clear and engaging internal comms, newsletters, and leadership updates
11. Support colleague engagement, company culture, and alignment with business goals
12. Oversee content on internal platforms (e.g., SharePoint) and help deliver town halls and leadership events
Ideal Background
13. Extensive experience in content, communications, and marketing roles
14. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities across digital formats
15. Skilled in managing PR campaigns and working with agencies
16. Confident delivering internal comms across departments and employee levels
17. Proficient in CMS, marketing tools (e.g., HubSpot), SharePoint, and social listening tools
18. Highly organised with excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills
19. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a collaborative mindset
20. CPD or formal marketing credentials (e.g., CIM, Mini MBA) preferred
