Personal Assistant to Managing Director Boutique Property Management Firm Location: Windsor Salary: Up to £35,000 Office Based, Full Time We are working with a respected boutique Property Management firm in Windsor who are seeking a highly organised and professional Personal Assistant to support the Managing Director. This is a key role within a close knit, high performing business. The Managing Director oversees complex property matters including leaseholder disputes, tribunal cases and strategic portfolio management, and requires a trusted PA to ensure the smooth running of both business and litigation related matters. This position would suit someone who thrives in a professional but personable environment where discretion, efficiency and attention to detail are essential. The Role You will provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to the Managing Director, ensuring priorities are managed effectively and deadlines are met. Executive Support Full diary and inbox management Coordinating client meetings and tribunal appointments Preparing briefing documents and meeting packs Managing travel arrangements where required Acting as first point of contact for clients and professional advisers Property & Litigation Support Preparing and formatting formal correspondence Assisting with First Tier Tribunal documentation Managing case files and document bundles Tracking deadlines and ensuring procedural compliance Liaising with solicitors, barristers and external consultants Operational Support Maintaining organised digital and physical filing systems Handling confidential information with discretion Supporting internal reporting and office administration Assisting the wider property management team when needed About You Previous experience as a PA within property, legal or professional services Strong organisational and time management skills Confident managing multiple priorities Excellent written communication and document formatting ability Professional, discreet and proactive approach This is a fully office based role and would suit someone who enjoys being present within a collaborative, boutique environment.
