Overview

Responsibilities
* Act as the bridge between technical teams and SAP business analysts to deliver flawless integrations.
* Enhance and support our ecosystem of applications and supplier integrations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to document solutions and facilitate workshops.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards using SAP GRC.
* Provide hands-on support for factory and warehouse systems.
* Participate in European and global projects that make a real impact.
Education & Experience
* 5–10+ years in IT integration within supply chain environments (FMCG experience preferred).
* Strong knowledge of EDI standards (Tradacoms, ANSI X12, Edifact) and SAP Idocs.
* Familiarity with SAP S4/Hana, SAP BTP, SAP GRC, and Microsoft Azure.
* Experience with ITIL frameworks, ServiceNow, and global compliance (SOX).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
* A degree in IT, Computer Systems, or related discipline.

Location & Working Pattern
This role is based at our site in Folkestone, with 2 days in the office, 1 day flexible and 2 days from home per week.
Working Hours
This role works Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:00pm (Monday – Thursday) and 9am-4:30pm on a Friday.
