HMH based in Kintore, Aberdeenshire are looking for an experienced Administrator with keen attention to detail to join the team for a 6-month assignment.
Primary tasks will include:
Responsibilities:
* Preparing customer invoices with supporting documentation
* Reviewing vendor invoices, timesheets and supporting documentation
* Providing support with visa applications
* Providing administrative support to Service Engineers, monitoring annual leave, maintaining assignment records, training courses etc
Ideally, you will:
* be familiar with SAP4Hana, or other SAP modules
* be flexible, able to manage conflicting priorities
* be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
* be approachable and helpful
* be proactive in suggesting ways to streamline and improve existing processes
