* Engage in technical meetings and support presentations to clients and delivery teams.
* Contribute to internal continuous improvement such as optimising design workflows or enhancing digital tools/software processes.

Essential

* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
* Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience in structural design, including use of analysis software (e.g., Tekla, SCIA, SAP2000, IDEA Statica) and CAD/BIM platforms (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
* Strong technical knowledge of steel, concrete, masonry, or timber design in accordance with UK regulations.
* Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
* Clear communication abilities, both verbal and written—confident in producing reports and presenting to internal teams and clients.
* A proactive, team‑oriented attitude; keen to learn and progress.

Desirable (but not essential)

* Familiarity with sustainability or embodied carbon assessment tools.
* Experience with multidisciplinary project delivery and client‑facing exposure.
* Chartered status (ICE, IStructE) or clear route toward professional accreditation.

What You’ll Gain

* A structured progression path, with regular feedback, CPD opportunities, and technical support.

* A friendly, open culture with hybrid working flexibility based in their modern Sale office.
