Job Description
Accounts Assistant responsibilities include:
3. Producing monthly management reports
4. Monthly and annual cost schedules
5. Bank Reconciliation
6. Balance sheet reconciliation
7. Provide customers with regular statements.
8. Maintaining cashbook from bank statements
9. Posting journals
10. Company credit cards and expenses
11. Monthly cash flow forecast
12. Ad-hoc tasks as required
The Successful Applicant
The candidate will have:
13. Experience in a similar Finance role - Required
14. Actively studying towards AAT/ACCA/CIMA qualification - Required
15. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Required
16. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships - Required
17. Pro-active approach to learning new skills - Required
18. Good working knowledge of MS Excel - Required
19. High attention to detail and levels of accuracy - Required
