Framework Twelve is a specialist in providing fractional marketing leadership and outsourced marketing services to manufacturers in the UK. We are looking for a part-time Fractional Marketing Manager for one of our clients - a leading UK-based SME specialising in high-quality wire rope assemblies, balustrade systems, and a diverse range of home and outdoor products. Serving both B2B and B2C markets, this role is all about driving marketing initiatives and enhancing digital presence.
The role
As a Fractional Marketing Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our marketing strategy. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within a dynamic SME environment. Your responsibilities will include:
* Driving digital lead generation through various channels, optimising campaigns for maximum effectiveness.
* Managing and optimising our website, focusing on user experience, content, and conversion rate optimisation (CRO).
* Analysing marketing performance and providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies.
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.
* Implementing proven methodologies to achieve measurable results and a strong return on investment.
Who You Are
We are looking for a highly capable, results-driven marketing professional with a proven track record in a fast-paced environment. You should possess:
* A minimum of 5+ years of marketing management experience, demonstrating strong leadership and strategic capabilities.
* Extensive experience in both B2B and B2C marketing, with a clear understanding of the nuances of each market.
* Deep knowledge of digital lead generation strategies, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing.
* Expertise in website management and conversion rate optimisation (CRO), with a strong understanding of analytics and user behavior.
* Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing decision-making.
* A proactive and autonomous approach, able to take ownership of marketing initiatives and execute with minimal supervision.
* A commitment to continuous learning and a bias for evidence-based decision-making.
