Overview
A well-established specialist contractor operating across the industrial and logistics sector is looking to appoint a Senior Contracts Manager to oversee multiple refurbishment and weatherproofing projects across the M25 corridor.
The business delivers refurbishment, roofing, cladding, waterproofing and external envelope packages on large-scale warehouse, logistics and industrial units, with individual project values ranging from £200k to £2.5m.
This is a senior operational role suited to an experienced Contracts Manager who has delivered industrial shed refurbishments, roofing and cladding projects, or wider building envelope packages within live environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Oversee multiple industrial refurbishment and external envelope projects simultaneously.
2. Manage project teams including Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
3. Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.
4. Lead client meetings and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
5. Manage project planning, sequencing and delivery strategies.
6. Monitor commercial performance alongside internal commercial teams.
