Loan Operations and Trade Operations (40%)
* Inspect and perform minor functional testing of surgical equipment, consumable sets, control units, and AWM pumps
* Ensure accuracy and completeness of loan documentation prior to inspection
* Receipt loan sets: unpacking, scanning, and verifying supplied documents
* Pick, scan, and prepare loan sets for dispatch
* Coordinate shipping via in-house couriers
* Pick, pack, and ship outbound trade orders
* Receive goods, unpack, conduct physical checks, and put stock away
System work (40%)
* Updating Mymediset/SAP/Movemedical
Additional duties such as cycle counts, reporting, replenishments, cleaning pumps etc. (20%)
What you will need to be successful?
* Strong attention to detail and an organised, methodical approach
* Comfortable with physical work (up to 80% of the role)
* Ability to follow processes and handle medical equipment with care
* Basic computer skills, including Outlook and Excel
* Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, medical devices, or loan sets is advantageous but not essential
* Knowledge of SAP ideal but not essential.
