HR/L&D Project Coordinator (FTC) Belfast City Centre Impressive, award winning, leading technology employer Excellent salary & benefits Immediate start available We are hiring for our client, an international, award winning, technology leader, based in Belfast City Centre, who are seeking a HR/L&D Project Coordinator to join their People team on a 6-month fixed term contract. Based in Belfast with hybrid working, this L&D Administration role is not your typical design and delivery based model, it is more focused on project management/coordination and operational Learning support and LMS management. The HR/L&D Project Coordinator will support the delivery of learning initiatives that help employees build technical, professional, and leadership capability across the organisation. Working closely with the L&D Manager, the Senior Learning & Development Specialist will play a key role in enhancing the employee learning experience across the full employee lifecycle. This role will involve coordinating and administering learning programmes, managing learning platforms, and supporting projects that strengthen organisational capability.
