Eden Brown Synergy are currently recruiting for an experienced Family Court Advisor to join the Private Law Team with CAFCASS, covering Grays Inn Road & Croydon.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Undertaking assessments and providing safeguarding advice to the family courts within Private Law proceedings.
* Preparing clear, evidence-based reports and recommendations to assist court decision-making.
* Engaging with children, families, and multi-agency professionals to ensure the child's welfare is central.
* Ensuring practice is compliant with legislation, statutory requirements, and CAFCASS standards.
Working Pattern:
* Hybrid working
Pay Rate:
* £37.75 p/h Umbrella
Essential Requirements:
* Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent
* Registered with Social Work England
* Minimum 3 years' post-qualifying experience within children and families services
* Strong knowledge of family court proceedings, safeguarding, and relevant legislation
