The Senior Quantity Surveyor Role The successful Senior Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for leading cost planning and management throughout the full project lifecycle - from feasibility to final account. You will act as the key commercial contact for clients, managing expectations and ensuring that value, risk, and performance are effectively monitored and reported. This Senior Quantity Surveyor role would suit someone with excellent communication skills, a hands-on approach to problem-solving, and a solid understanding of both pre- and post-contract consultancy services.
