Purpose
Work Well is a government-funded program providing early-intervention work and health support. It offers holistic assistance to overcome health-related barriers to employment and acts as a gateway to other support services. It works in partnership with clinical teams, GP practices, and referral partners to support individuals currently in employment facing difficulties, those who have fallen out of work, and others needing tailored support to return or find new employment, while also improving their health and wellbeing.
Role
We need a Work and Health Coach to support individuals on their journey to employment, helping them remove health-related barriers by sourcing and funding appropriate interventions.
Location
London-based.
