Night Supervisor
£28,008.12 per annum, 40 hours per week
Do you have strong background in a branded hotel working in afront of house or reception team? Can you deliver brand standards anytime of the day?
Responsibilities
* Responsible for running of the Front Desk and supporting the management team with Night Audit.
* Provide knowledge of the Hotel’s products and services to deal with all guest requests, including room amenities and room service.
* Demonstrate flexibility to adapt on shift and use initiative to prepare the hotel for the day ahead.
* Maintain great communication skills and work as part of a team.
