Overview
Role: Vehicle Technician – Location: Leicester – Salary: 35k basic, 44k OTE plus overtime and benefits – Hours: Monday to Friday 8.00 – 5.00
Responsibilities
* Perform maintenance, repairs and / or diagnostics on a full range of passenger cars.
* Maximise efficiency while maintaining company and industry standards and benchmarks.
* Use manufacturer diagnostic equipment to ensure diagnostics, testing, maintenance and repairs are completed in line with the manufacturers repair methods.
* Utilise Company and VAG systems to record and monitor detailed explanations of all work carried out.
* Provide colleagues and customers with highly detailed explanations of work required or carried out through face‑to‑face and video communications.
* Expand knowledge through completion of training modules as required to maintain the required level of understanding.
* Show respect to colleagues and maintain work area to company standards, ensuring an excellent and safe work environment.
Qualifications
* Fully trained and experienced Vehicle Technician.
* Certified to NVQ / City & Guilds or equivalent to a Level 3 manufacturers qualification.
* Own tools.
* Full UK driving licence.

* Level 3 in City & Guilds or IMI.
* Full UK driving licence.
