Our client is seeking an experienced Team Leader from either a broking or insurer background.
This position will be floating between the company’s regional offices based in Leicester and Northampton.

Within the role you will be required to:-
What you’ll do:
* Lead and develop a team of Brokers across Leicester and Northampton, promoting a culture of accountability, respect, and growth.
* Oversee daily team operations, ensuring compliance, efficient workflows, and outstanding client service.
* Support complex broking decisions, providing guidance and mentorship to your team.
* Collaborate across departments — underwriting, compliance, claims, finance — to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Drive continuous improvement by monitoring performance, championing innovation, and implementing process enhancements.
* Embed FCA regulatory standards and best practices throughout team activities.
* Foster an inclusive, supportive workplace where wellbeing and professional development are priorities.
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in broking or insurance, with a proven leadership or supervisory background.
* Solid understanding of FCA regulations and insurance principles.
* Strong communicator and relationship builder, comfortable coaching and guiding a team.
* Confident managing priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Proficient with broking systems and Microsoft Office tools.
* A proactive, solution-focused mindset with resilience and adaptability.
* Bonus if you hold or are working toward a CII qualification or have experience with Applied Epic.
Attractive basic salary to £55k, generous bonus incentive, and excellent staff benefits come as standard should you be successfully appointed.
