Summary of the Document Officer role

In the role of Document Officer at our Cramlington site and for a period of 6-months, you will provide vital administrative support to the Quality Assurance team, helping to ensure smooth and efficient operations. You will be responsible for maintaining records, supporting with audits and compliance activities. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Your responsibilities

* Responsible for issue and reconciliation of manufacturing batch records/manufacturing labels using Master Control.
* Quality spreadsheets using Microsoft Excel for:
* Raw Material Inspection Reports
* Batch Tracker
* Responsible for the GMP Audit database using Microsoft Access (including queries)
* Responsible for copying completed batch records
* Responsible archiving/retrieving of documentation
* Responsible for post delivery/collection
* Other administrative duties as deemed necessary
* Comply with all safety, health, and environmental requirements.

Requirements for the role

* GCSE English
* Strong IT skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office package
* Administration experience is preferred
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Excellent communication skills
* Solid organisation skills, and the ability to prioritise own workload
