We are on the hunt in Harrogate for a full time experienced Receptionist based out of the Care Home.
Duties and responsibilities are,
1. Answering Telephone, Redirecting Calls, Handling Queries, and Taking Messages
2. Answering door and greeting visitors
3. Opening and Distribution of Incoming Mail
4. Placing Invoices into Envelopes ready for Posting
5. Franking Mail
6. Other Admin Functions as Required
7. Occasional Trips to Post Office
8. Making Beverages for the Team
