Your Role as a Classroom Lead
As a Cover Supervisor, you are the steady hand that ensures high:quality learning continues in the teachers absence.
* Facilitate Learning: Deliver pre:set lesson plans across various subjects (KS3 and KS4), ensuring students remain engaged and on:task.
* Manage the Environment: Utilise your natural leadership skills to maintain a calm, productive, and safe classroom atmosphere.
* Liaise with Faculty: Provide concise feedback to departments regarding student progress and behaviour during the session.
* Professional Presence: Act as a role model, upholding the schools values and safeguarding standards at all times.
