As part of its continued expansion, the firm is now looking to appoint a Senior Conveyancer on a fully remote basis, offering a rare opportunity to step into a role that delivers autonomy, influence and clear progression within an ambitious and high-performing business.
The Role
Due to sustained growth, the firm is seeking an experienced conveyancer to manage a full residential conveyancing caseload with a focus on freehold sales and purchases, alongside exposure to more complex matters.
This is a senior, trusted position where you will operate with a high degree of independence, while also contributing to the wider success of the team.
You will:
* Manage files from instruction through to completion
* Handle a varied caseload, including more complex transactions
* Act as a key point of contact for clients, delivering a high standard of service
* Support and guide more junior team members where appropriate
* Contribute to maintaining efficient, high-quality processes across the team
While the firm is headquartered in Yorkshire, the role is open nationwide, with fully remote and hybrid working options available.
About You
You will be an experienced conveyancer with a strong track record of managing residential transactions end-to-end.
You will demonstrate:
* Proven experience handling a full and often complex conveyancing caseload
* Strong technical expertise in freehold sales and purchases
* Experience with leasehold and new build matters (advantageous)
* The confidence to work autonomously and make sound decisions
* Excellent organisational and file management skills
* A professional, client-focused communication style
* A proactive mindset and willingness to support wider team objectives
