Job Description
In this role, the Electrical Engineer will support the New Product Development by ensuring designs meet standards, customer specifications, and cost objectives. Key responsibilities include:
1. Managing multiple projects concurrently.
2. Work of electrical design and electrical components
3. Addressing manufacturing-related product issues promptly.
4. Developing procedures, processes, and offering engineering support across all locations as needed.
5. Assisting in test lab operations, analyzing test data, and evaluating product performance.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Electrical Engineer will:
6. Possess a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, coupled with 5-10 years of pertinent experience
7. Familiarity with circuit protection safety standards (UL, CSA, IEC, IEEE, ANSI, NEC) is advantageous.
8. Proficiency in electrical circuit protection design, alongside experience in low voltage and medium voltage system design, is beneficial.
9. Demonstrate proficiency in conducting load calculations, short-circuit, and coordination studies. Preferably skilled in utilizing SKM software or similar tools.
10. Knowledgeable about basic machine shop practices and adept at operating in high voltage or high current environments. Proficiency with PC operating platforms and familiarity with electrical and thermal simulation software is preferred.
