Dual Registered Manager : Childrens Residential Homes
Location: Worthing, West Sussex
Contract: Full:Time, Permanent (40 hours per week)
Salary: A GBP 50,000 rising to A GBP 55,000:A GBP 60,000 for dual home management
Additional Pay: A GBP 50 per night sleep:ins and performance:related bonuses
About the Role
Were looking for a passionate, experienced and inspiring Dual Registered Manager to lead two Childrens Residential Homes in the Worthing area. This is an exciting opportunity to take charge of an established 2:bed EBD home while registering and shaping a brand:new 4:bed home currently in development.

Key Responsibilities
Youll have full responsibility for the leadership, quality, and compliance of both homes. This includes:
* Managing day:to:day operations, staff supervision, and care planning
* Driving high standards to achieve Good or Outstanding Ofsted ratings
* Ensuring safeguarding and regulatory compliance (Childrens Homes Regulations and Quality Standards 2015)
* Recruiting, coaching, and developing staff to deliver outstanding care
* Building strong relationships with professionals, families, and the wider community
* Overseeing budgets, resources, and the health and safety of the homes
* Taking part in shared on:call duties
About You
Were seeking an experienced, dynamic manager who shares our commitment to transforming the lives of children and young people. Youll be:
* Qualified with at least Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People (or equivalent)
* Experienced : minimum of 2 years in a residential setting within the last 5 years, including at least 2 years at Registered Manager level
* Knowledgeable of Childrens Home Regulations, safeguarding, care planning, and multi:agency working
* Skilled leader with proven ability to inspire and manage teams, monitor performance, and deliver excellent outcomes
* Resilient and organised, able to manage complex situations and drive positive change
* Holder of a full UK driving licence with at least 2 years experience
Working Hours
* Typically Monday:Friday 9am:5pm
* Shared on:call responsibilities
